Note, to get to the admin desktop, click 'manage' next to
your pool after you log in.
To set up your pool you need to do the following from the
admin desktop:
1)
Change your pool settings
Click 'Pool Settings' from the admin desktop.
Modify the rules and the settings for your pool.
This is where you want to specify your scoring system for
goals, assists and so on.You want to
pay particular attention to the 'Substitution players' section.This is where you define the number of subs
allowed each week and the day that the subs occur.All subs are queued in the system until the
day specified.
2)
Add people to your pool
Click 'Add people to your pool'
Enter the email addresses for each person you want added.
Add each email on a separate line, then click Submit
Verify the email addresses entered, enter the names for each
person and click submit.Each person
will receive an email with their name and password.Only your user name will be able to manage
the pool - be sure not to give it out.
3)
Add the picks for each person in your pool
Click 'Make picks' from the admin desktop.
Click on a person that you wish to add picks for.
Continue this process for each person in your pool.
4)
Change the name of your pool
You can modify the name that was created for your pool by
clicking ‘Change Pool Info’ under the Admin Desktop.
Some things to be aware of…
1) Once
you enter your picks, the results will not update until the next day.Although, you can view your teams immediately
by clicking ‘Pool Results (dynamic)’ under the player desktop.
